About Us
Gandolfo Kuhn, L.L.C. is a Professional Land Surveying firm, based in New Orleans, Louisiana and employs personnel in field surveying, office calculations, research, drafting and administration. Our organization includes two Licensed Land Surveyors, Paul Kocke and Walter Stone. Both are licensed in Louisiana, Walter is also registered in Mississippi.
We are a continuation of the firm Grandjean, Daney & Waddill, which performed some of the original surveys in the City of New Orleans and the surrounding area over 100 years ago. Gandolfo Kuhn, L.L.C. is fortunate to have these records for quick reference. These records form the basis of a very extensive set of files. We have performed thousands of ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Topographic, Hydrographic and Right-of-Way surveys in a wide variety of locations, from the Central Business District to plantations and industrial tracts in the metropolitan New Orleans area and the River Parishes.
We draw on our long history and extensive records to compliment the experience of our employees. Our field crews are equipped with the latest technology and methods for gathering spatial data.
